A   H a w a i i a n   S e n s e   o f   P l a c e  greets you with 
the home's open floor plan, outdoor living areas, furniture 
crafted in native hardwood, Hawaiian style quilts on the beds and art 
by local artists.

Bedrooms feature premium Swedish  T e m p u r - P e d i c  beds for a 
superb nights sleep after an active day. 

The house sits  a c r o s s   t h e   s t r e e t   and a short 5 
minute walk from Kailua beach.

With its   c o n v e n i e n t   l o c a t i o n  visit Doris Duke's 
Shangri-La or Iolani Palace or experience the monstrous surf of the 
North Shore during the winter months or snorkle in its glass like 
surface in the summer.

Kwai Sim's has a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds in the bed-
rooms a trundle bed and day bed in the game room, a full sized crib 
that can be converted into a child's bed and a porta crib.

Vacation Rental Rates

To rates below add State Taxes (11.47+%), $280 end of stay 
cleaning fee and $500 refundable security deposit.

$486 per NT Five(5)night minimum regular nightly rate.

$396 per NT Five(5)night minimum for stays between September 08 and 
December 14

Example:  A Six(6)night stay at $456 per NT costs $4,044.81 including 
$500 refundable security deposit, taxes, & cleaning fee.  Security 
deposit waived with payment by MC or VISA.

Simple Terms:
Five (5) night minimum stay, ten (10) nights for Holidays.  Half down 
+ receipt of a signed Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability to 
confirm your reservation. Balance due three (3)weeks prior to check 
in.
