Living Room

The living room features new tile floors, beautiful area rugs, and cushioned rattan furniture that exudes casual elegances. Look out the expansive windows onto the Gulf or step onto the balcony for a closer look of the beach and the waves. When the sun goes down, turn on the 47 inch flat screen HDTV and DVD player.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a smooth top stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, glass blender, coffee maker, electric can opener, electric mixer, and non-stick pots and pans. The kitchen is open to the living room, and also to a dining area that features chairs for six.

The elegant dining room features tile floors and Rattan furnishings.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful, comfortable, brand-new mattress. Large windows offer beautiful ocean views, while the decorations are truly tropical. Beautiful teal walls, cool tile floors, and tropical-colored linens make this room a wonderful retreat after a day at the beach. This room also features and 37 inch LCD TV and DVD player.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom features two queen size beds. Pale yellow walls complement the tropical-inspired linens to create a festive retreat. Windows look out towards the beautiful Laguna Madre Bay. This room also features and 37 inch LCD TV and DVD player.

Additional Sleeping Areas

The couch in the living room pulls out into a queen-size sleeper bed.

A 24 foot patio spans the front of the vacation condo, offering ample space to enjoy the gulf breezes and spectacular ocean views. Seating for six ensures that everyone can be on the patio at once, making it a perfect place for evening cocktails or casual meals. Two resort pools make it easy to take a dip, while private beach access beckons you to play in the waves. A large resort indoor hot tub soothes your muscles and your soul after a long day, perhaps one of playing tennis on the resort’s court.
