standard. Fully A/C, it has 2 Living Rooms, Dining Room, fully
fitted Kitchen and breakfast area.Master Bedroom with king-size bed,
large ensuite, Queen-size double plus 2 twins (one which is Disney-
themed!)and Family Bathroom. There is also a GAMES ROOM with Table-
tennis, Pool Table, Table-football and Darts. Fishing is allowed in
the lake and much wildlife can be viewed.

The Family Room has 42" LCD TV, DVD and HiFi. Plus CD libary, books and
boardgames. The Formal Living Room is the ideal place to relax after a busy day at Disney!The Master Bedroom has TV and DVD,walk in wardrobe, with
Ensuite equipped with twin vanities enriched with hollywood
spotlights, Roman style bath, shower, separate wc and hair dryer.
The luxury Queen Double also has TV and DVD.  The Cottage Twin and Disney-themed Twin are comfortably furnished, The Kitchen has every
appliance including oven, microwave, dish washer, fridge/freezer, ice maker/dispenser, coffee maker, blender, toaster etc.There is also a washing machine, dryer and iron/ironing board. The patio area (which lights up at
night) with its 30 ft pool (with underwater lighting) is comfomfortably furnished with luxury padded chairs, loungers, table and adjustable parasol.Ideal for those late night drinks and alfresco dining! The views over the Lake are stunning. There is table-tennis, table football, pool table and darts located in the GAMES ROOM, plus fishing in the lake.

My Villa is strictly non-smoking. However smoking is allowed on the patio.
