Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to our luxury lakeside 4 bedroom 2 Bathroom Villa located 10  
mins from Disney. It boasts its own PRIVATE 30FT SOUTH-FACING POOL  
OVERLOOKING LAKE AND CONSERVATION AREA. Peace and tranquility yet  
only 5 mins away from the 192 with Walmart, restaurants and other  
entertainment. This very spacious villa is furnished to very high  
standard. Fully A/C, it has 2 Living Rooms, Dining Room, fully  
fitted Kitchen and breakfast area.Master Bedroom with king-size bed,  
large ensuite, Queen-size double plus 2 twins (one which is Disney- 
themed!)and Family Bathroom. There is also a GAMES ROOM with Table- 
tennis, Pool Table, Table-football and Darts. Fishing is allowed in  
the lake.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Living area has TV, DVD and HiFi. Plus CD libary, books and  
boardgames. The Master Bedroom has TV and DVD,walk in wardrobe, with  
Ensuite equipped with twin vanities enriched with hollywood  
spotlights,  Roman style bath, shower, separate wc and hair dryer.  
The Queen Double also has TV and DVD. The Kitchen has every  
appliance including oven, microwave, dish washer, fridge/freezer,  
coffee maker, blender, toaster etc.There is also a washing machine,  
dryer and iron/ironing board. The patio area (which lights up at  
night) with its 30 ft pool (with underwater lighting) is  
comfomfortably furnished with luxury padded chairs, loungers, table  
and adjustable parasol.Ideal for those late night drinks and alfresco  
dining! The views over the Lake are stunning. There is table-tennis,  
table football and darts located in the GAMES ROOM, plus fishing in  
the lake.  
Plus FREE local calls, crib and highchair, alarm clock radios in the  
bedrooms, hairdryers, all linen and towels. Lakeside Villa is fully  
licensed and state approved with smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and  
child alert pool alarm. My Management Company is locally based for  
24/7 support.

Activities and Attractions

Conveniently located 10 mins from Disney, and 20 mins from  
Universal, the 192 with Walmart, restaurants and a host of other  
entertainment is only 5 mins away. There are numerous Golf Courses in  
the area. There is also a tots play park and tennis courts within  
walking distance. Enjoy our executive villa, with its outstanding  
lakeside position and conservation area where one can view a variety  
of wildlife such as Eagle, Heron Stork and Egret.

Rates are for the whole villa! Including taxes and cleans! 
Low season: $700 (£400) per week 
Mid season: $810 (£450) per week 
High season $920 (£500) per week
