KEY LARGO BAYFRONT HIDEAWAY ( Sailboat with cottage rental) in Key Largo

The Property has 2 efficiency, free standing cottages. The Sailfish
Unit is right in front of Florida Bay and has an outside "TIKI
shower". Sleeps 2 comfortably and the water is just steps from your
doorstep. It has it's own little tiki hut for a patio. The Dolphin
Unit sleeps 4 comfortably. We have 2 Sailboats that we let qualified
Sailors use for added pleasure. We do require a $300.00 Security
Deposit before the boats are to be used but the checks will be
returned to you upon check-out.

SAILBOATS:

22' Catalina and 22' O'day

Please be advised that these are privately owned boats that we let
the guests use for their added pleasure. It is always at the
discretion of the management if you are qualified to take the boats
out on the bay. These boats may NOT be available for use at time of
rental due to maintenance and availability. "SAIL AT YOUR OWN RISK"
rules do apply and you must be willing to sign a LIABILITY RELEASE
before you sail. Again, a REFUNDABLE $300.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT is
required to use the Sailboats. The check will be returned upon check
out. A SEA TOW card and a VHF will be provided upon request.

COTTAGES:

Both Cottages are equipped with LIMITED cooking utensils and one
burner. Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Dishes,
Towels, Beach Towels, Beddings, Hair Dryer, A/C, TV with Cable.Both
cottages have double beds only.

Located in the heart of Legendary key Largo. The John Pennekamp State
Park is a couple of miles North. And the famous "Carribean Club" is
also a couple of miles North.

Canoes, Floats, Pedal Boats, paddle boat, rowing dorie, Crystal Clear
waters for snorkling. 15 X 12 TIKI Hut right on the water's edge.
Also a Jacuzzi for preferred guests! We also have a glass bottom
boat, a kayak and a sunfish available for your use...and a barge in
the middle of the bay for sunbathing and fishing, exclusively for our
guests only. GORGEOUS SUNSETS!!!

Very secluded, serene and quiet. GORGEOUS SUNSETS!!!

A get-your-feet-wet, down-to-earth, in-touch-with-nature Tropical
Atmosphere. GORGEOUS SUNSETS!!!

The property is not for everyone...has a very different, Rustic,
Island Setting Tropical Atmosphere.

If you need Luxury, waited on hand and foot, this is not for you. We
can refer you to the Marriot or the Westin for that. The Florida Keys
is very tropical and humid and with that comes bugs, ants etc. If you
are afraid of any of the above, this is not for you.


If you need Privacy and serenity and total retreat from all the
stress from work and the city...THIS PLACE IS PERFECT!!!

Cottage rental is $100.00/night plus 11.5% tax and a one time cleaning
fee of $50.00. For Holidays and Special Events of the year the rate
would be $200.00/night. 5 DAYS minimum stay. We require a $200
security deposit to hold/confirm your reservation. The deposit is
not part of the rent and is used to confirm the reservation and held
as security. We do require 2 weeks notice for cancellation or your
deposit would be forfeited.
