kitchen, 
bathroom and flooring.  Relax in style with dual French doors 
opening to your 
private yard.  Perfect for entertaining with an outdoor BBQ.

Large Designated Parking Space that may fit up to 2 vehicles.

Policies:
- Payment Options:  Personal/Business Check, Cashiers Check, Money 
Order.  
- Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during Peak Season. (June 1 
thru 
September 1)
- Check-in after 3:00pm.  Check-out by 10:00am.
- A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental rates.
- A security deposit of $375, $300 is refundable shortly after 
departure if key is returned and premises left in acceptable 
condition.  $75 fee will be deducted for after departure maid 
service.
- Information such as obtaining keys and whom to call for assistance 
will be sent after receipt of final payment.

Steps to the bay and yards to the beach.  Bayside offers relaxation

whole family with calm water and two family parks.  Beachside offers

waves breaking on the sand bottom, great for bodysurfing, boogie 
boarding or 
surfing.  Beachside offers a three-mile boardwalk great for 
rollerblading, 
cycling and running.  Also, the beach offers numerous volleyball 
courts as 
well as a basketball court.  Unique to South Mission Beach there is 
an 
amusement park just 1 mile up the boardwalk with Games, Carousel and 
Roller Coaster.
