on Scenic Hwy. 30-A -- one mile east of Seaside. The unit sleeps
4 easily--queen bed in bedroom, sleeper sofa in living area and bunk
bed for child in living area. Includes completely equipped kitchen.
All utensils provided as well as all linens and towels. Walk 235 yards
to the ocean across the street.

The condo includes completely equipped kitchen with breakfast
bar. There is a large TV (Cable and VCR) in the living area and a
smaller TV with VCR in the bedroom. Telephone is for local calls
only. The Beachwood Villas community has two swimming
pools (one heated in the winter), two lighted tennis courts,
shuffleboard courts, barbecue grills and beautiful grounds.

The beautiful Emerald Coast beach is less than 250 yards away
just across Scenic Hwy. 30-A. Fishing, golf, snorkeling, sailing
and most all the water sports are available in the area. There is
also a dedicated 16-mile bicycle path just across the street.
Bicycle rentals are available right next door. You can walk to
nearby restaurants and shopping, including those at popular
Seaside.
