This lovely home was built in 2005, and features a wonderful open layout, fully equipped kitchen, 7
queen-sized beds in 4 spacious bedrooms and many community amenities including swimming pool,
baby/toddler pool, playground, crabbing docks, marina, etc.!

Approx. 10-15 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Cape Henlopen state park and beach & the Tanger Outlets

Approx. 45-60 mins. north of Ocean City, MD

Approx. 45-60 mins. south of Dover, DE

Approx. 2.5 hour drive from Lancaster County PA

Biking, crabbing, swimming, beach, shopping, scrapbooking, relaxing

There is a required security deposit to hold your reservation. ($75 off-season. Cancellations
with less than 30 days' notice will forfeit $50 of security deposit) Dates remain open until
security deposit is received.

Summer payment schedule is as follows:
$250 security deposit @ time of reservation (returned in part or in full depending on condition of
house upon departure, and upon receipt of keys)
$700 (half rental) due prior to March 1, 2009
$700 (balance of rental) due by May 1, 2009

Summer cancellations with less than 45 days' notice will forfeit $125 of security deposit. PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYMENT IS TO BE SUBMITTED ONLY BY ONE PERSON PER RESERVATION. (We do not accept multiple checks)

2009 rates are as follows:
Weekend rates are anytime Friday through anytime Sunday.
January - $325 (+$100 add-on nights)
Feb. - $350 (+$125 add-on nights)
March - $375 (+$150 add-on nights)
April - $375 (+$150 add-on nights)
May -$425 (+$175 add-on nights)

June - August - weekly rentals - $1400-$1650, cleaning included (5pm Sat. check-in, 2pm Sat. check-out)

September - $450 (+$185 add-on nights)
October - $450 (+$185 add-on nights)
November - $425 (+$175 add-on nights)
December - $400 (+$165 add-on nights)

NOTE: cleaning service not included except for June, July & August rentals, but may be added on year-round for an additional fee. Otherwise, guests are responsible for thorough whole-house cleaning upon departure)
