This lovely home was built in 2005, and features a wonderful open layout, fully equipped kitchen, 6 queen-sized beds & 1 king-sized bed in 4 spacious bedrooms and many community amenities including outdoor swimming pool, baby/toddler pool, playground, crabbing docks, marina, etc.!

Approx. 10-15 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Cape Henlopen state park and beach & the Tanger Outlets

Approx. 45-60 mins. north of Ocean City, MD

Approx. 45-60 mins. south of Dover, DE

Approx. 2.5 hour drive from Lancaster County PA

Biking, crabbing, swimming, beach, shopping, scrapbooking, relaxing

Security deposit required to hold your reservation. ($75 off-season and $250 for in-season) (summer) rentals.  Cancellations with less than 30 days' notice will forfeit security deposit. Dates will not be blocked out on rental calendar until security deposit is received.

Summer payment schedule is as follows:
$250 security deposit @ time of reservation (returned in part or in full depending on condition of house upon departure, and upon receipt of keys)
$900 (half rental) due on or before March 1
$900 (balance of rental) due on or before April 1

Summer cancellations with less than 45 days' notice will forfeit security deposit.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RENTAL COMMUNICATIONS & PAYMENTS MUST BE MARKED WITH RENTAL DATES AND THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO BOOKED THE RESERVATION. PAYMENTS RECEIVED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.

"Bay Daze" is booking now for all of 2012

2012 rates are as follows:
Weekend rates are anytime Friday through anytime Sunday.
January - $300 (+$75 add-on nights)
Feb. - $325 (+$75 add-on nights)
March - $350 (+$75 add-on nights)
April - $375 (+$50 add-on nights)
May -$425 (+$100 add-on nights)

Off-season rentals require a $75 security deposit to reserve the property.

Security deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days' prior to your stay. Security deposits will otherwise be refunded based upon condition of the home at time of your departure.

June - August - weekly only rental minimum - $1800, cleaning included (5pm Sat. check-in, 2pm Sat. check-out) ($250 security deposit due upon reservation,  half payment due by March 1, 2012, remaining half payment due by April 1, 2012.)

September - $425 (+$100 add-on nights)
October - $300 (+$100 add-on nights)
November - $300 (+$75 add-on nights)
December - $350 (+$100 add-on nights)

NOTE: cleaning service is included in all June, July & August rentals, but you may choose to add it to off-season rentals for $150.00 if desired.Otherwise, guests are responsible for thorough whole-house cleaning upon departure)
