Vacation Rental Description

Come stay at the new prestigious Summer Village resort.  We are a 
gated community of freestanding cottages. The complex offers 3 
pools, tennis courts, newly equipped gym with sauna, bocce courts, 
basketball courts and endless activities for you & your family to 
enjoy.  Our cottage is Beautifully maintained - NON SMOKING!!
(Please).***We have a guest limit of 4 people (adult & Children)***
The cottage offers two bedrooms, a large sun porch, central air & 
heat, fully equipped granite kitchen.  Cable TV with flat screen's 
in each room, DVD player, surround sound audio system, washer & 
dryer & stocked full of everything you could need to make your stay 
enjoyable.  
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 pools - 1 adult with hot tub, 1 family & 1 childrens pool
Community center with full gym, sauna, internet room & game room.
Tennis courts, Bocce Courts, Volleyball & Basketball Courts.
Childrens play ground areas
Complex trolley that will bring you around the summer village 
complex.  We are also on the town trolley line which will bring you 
to beaches and other local destinations.
Friday night outdoor movie theater
Pavillion - Entertainment of live bands & other activities are 
scheduled by the social director..a listing of all activities is 
available.

Activities and Attractions

Weekly activities are scheduled by the social director.  There are 
sign up activites for the kids, Farmers markets.  Too numerous to 
note.  Please call for further information.
