The property is designed for flexibility. It can be rented as a 1 bed/1 bath, 2 bed/2 bath or a 3 bed/3 bath. In addition, there are 2 motel type 'foldaway beds, 2 inflatable mattresses and a camping style mattress, all with linens. Maximum occupancy is 10, but 10 is a little crowded if all 10 are adults.
There are no shared rentals. If you rent as a 1 bed/1 bath or a 2 bed/2 bath, the remaining beds/baths will be vacant during your stay.
The property is a quiet, tastefully remodeled 1930's duplex situated 60 metres from the intersection of west Mary street and south 5th. street in the 78704 zip code of central south Austin.
The property can be reached by Capitol Metro Bus from the airport and downtown.
Included in each rental is quality ground coffee, cream, OJ, milk, cereal, bread, butter, eggs, soda and Lone Star beer!. We are happy go shopping for you if you have any specific requests and light catering is available upon request.

Pet's are usually OK by arrangement; there is a fenced yard with

The Trail is 4 blocks from the downtown entertainment district on the north side of the Lake and
leads to Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool on the south side.
The Capitol Metro Bus to 6th and Congress Downtown and all connecting points
leaves every 15 minutes during rush hour and every 15-20 minutes at
other times from the West Mary/south 5th intersection. The last returning bus
leaves Downtown at around 11.30pm. A round trip ticket is $1
The 'Alamo South Cinema' and the 'Saxon Pub' are 1/2 mile away, in between are Austin's Pizza, Suzy's chinese restaurant, 3 Tex-Mex restaurants, a Starbucks and some funky stores. Closest watering hole is the world famous 'Horse Shoe Lounge'; shuffleboard anyone?

1bed/1bath: $125/night, $325/weekend, $ 650/week, $1,675 a month
2bed/2bath: $185/night, $475/weekend, $ 950/week, $2,375 a month
3bed/3bath: $240/night, $600/weekend, $1,200/week, $2,975 a month
Notes regarding the rates:
Single night surcharge of $40 per bed/bath.
Rentals of less than 30 days are subject to hotel tax at 15%
Weekend rate is for 3 consecutive nights which include a Saturday night.
A deposit of $250 is required to reserve dates, or $500 for a month's rental.
Full payment is due 7 days prior to your arrival.
