Vacation Rental Description

This beautifully decorated private lake-front 
two-story cottage resides on the channel of the Gravois Arm (5-mile 
marker) and is ideal for small to medium sized family vacations.  The 
property includes a large shaded lot, two screened in porches, two 
patios, and a large private dock with one boat slip. 
 
The main living area of this home resides on the lower level and 
includes a large living room with futon sleeper (full size), dish 
network TV, VCR, with a gas log fireplace, open kitchen and dining 
area, laundry access, and one full bath with shower.  The upper level 
of this home includes two separate bedrooms (both queen), a full size 
bath with shower, and the main entry to the home.  This home 
comfortably sleeps 2-6. 
 
This property offers several alternatives to enjoying the "quiet  
side" 
of the Lake.  There are two large screened in porches with ceiling  
fans 
and patio furniture.  The lower level screened in porch even includes 
an outside gal log fireplace.  Guest can also enjoy a concrete patio 
with patio furniture for outside dining and access to a gas grill.  
The property includes a private dock with one boat slip, swim deck  
and 
swim ladder.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 1,250 square foot vacation home is available year around and 
feature central heating/air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, phone, 
ceiling fans, all bedding towels, iron and soaps.  The kitchen is 
fully equipped and includes an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, 
and refrigerator.  Other features include weekly trash pick-up, two 
tier parking, and laundry access. 
 
Guests are asked to provide their own beach towels, life jackets 
(required for children under 12), food, soaps, and personal items.

Activities and Attractions

This cottage retreat offers guest the best of both worlds - a quiet 
place to enjoy the Lake's beauty and a lake front view of all the 
action on the Gravois Arm channel.  This cottage is just 25-35  
minutes 
away from all the attractions on the west side of the Lake - Bagnell 
Dam, Lake Ozark and Osage Beach - via the nearby community bridge. 
 

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season (Labor Day - April)................$110.00/night 
In-Season (May - June)........................$204.60/night 
Peak Season (July - Labor Day)................$220.00/night 
15% off for Weekday stays. 
Full Week Stays get one weekday free! 
Rates are based on a 6 person occupancy.  Additional guests charged 
$10 per night. 
On site boat slip rental is $10.00 per day. 
Baby cribs are available for $10.00 per day. 
Cleaning fee - $90. 
2 Hour Early arrival/late departure fee - $75.
