Boats can be rented in the Port of Talamone giving access to a variety of beaches within the  
immediate sorroundings. The island of il Gilio is within a 45 minute motor ride o 3 hour sail and  
offers unusual swimming and fabulous seafood restaurants. A ferry i also available to all the  
islands.Canoe excursions on the Ombrione River inside the Maremma Natural Park are available. 
 
Horse Back Riding 
 
Horse back riding excursions can be organized inside the Maremma Natural Park 
 
Trekking 
 
Trekking trails through the pristine hills of the Monti dell'Uccellina are accessible directly from  
the proprety. 
 
Golf and Tennis 
 
There two golf courses located within a 15 minutes drive, including the Argentario Golf Club. 
 
Swimming 
 
There are multiple beaches accessible either by car or boat. The property has direct access to its  
own little rocky bay.
