Vacation Rental Description

“Villa Gardenia, a Home Where Luxury & Dreams Come True." 
 
Affordable 5 Star Luxury 3 bed/3 bath, private villa, with a South  
Facing extra large Lanai pool area and Jacuzzi.  
 
The whole villa is fully air-conditioned and beautifully furnished throughout.  
Ceiling fans provided throughout the villa to add that gentle breeze if required.  
All rooms provide plenty of space for your belongings, and are decorated in a light Floridian style.  
The living area provides a place for you to relax in comfort, after an  
exciting day out and is where you will find a 32" Cable T.V DVD and a  
video player - Patio doors lead out to the pool/lanai area. 
 
Our sumptuous master suite is large and spacious, and contains a King  
size bed and has a large en-suite bathroom with his and hers  
washbasins, and a two person shower cubicle; For your clothes there is  
a large walk-in closet. The Master Bedroom also has direct access to  
the pool area for those late nights soaks in the Jacuzzi or early  
morning dips in the pool.  
 
Our second bedroom is also spacious, and furnished to the same high  
standard with a Queen sized bed and a walk-in closet.  
 
The 3rd bedroom is equipped with full size twin beds and a large spacious  
closet;  
 
The Breakfast Nook contains the Breakfast table that features bay  
windows overlooking the pool and covered lanai. There is also a full  
sized dinning table and chairs in the dinning area 
 
As you would expect, the kitchen is fully fitted, from dishwasher to  
bottle opener, and includes everything that we think you could  
possibly need; just off the kitchen is the utility room with a Washer  
& Drier for your use. All linens and towels are provided. 
 
The Pool area is South Facing with an extra large 26ftx13ft pool and  
Jacuzzi, complete with sun-deck, and a large covered lanai poolside so  
you can relax in the shade or dine el fresco in the warm evenings on  
the luxury patio furniture provided so you can experience the outdoor  
lifestyle that Florida is known for; an outside bathroom and shower is  
also provided for your convenience.  
 
We have also provided for your enjoyment, a fully equipped games room  
and a PS/2 with some games; others can be rented from a local shop  
nearby.  
 
For your safety and security the villa is equipped with a monitored  
Smoke and Intrusion alarm system, plus all the equipment required by  
Florida State law.  
 
So, whether you want to sit by the pool and soak up the Florida  
sunshine or watch those famous sunsets, sample all the delights of  
Disney (just 12 minutes away) and Orlando’s other attractions, or Shop  
or Golf until you drop, our villas provide the perfect setting for a  
fabulous holiday! What are you waiting for?
