Vacation Rental Description

Gulf-front southwest corner unit, 3rd floor unit with 1320 square 
feet of living space, spectacular sunsets & views of the Gulf of 
Mexico and south down the beach to John's Pass! Listen to the waves 
and watch the passing dolphins and pelicans dive for fish!
 
Relax by the heated pool or sunbathe on the white sandy beach. 
Stroll down the beach looking for shells or take off to John's Pass 
(1.5 miles) for shopping, dining, fishing, jet-ski and boat rentals, 
casino boat tours, and more! Clearwater/Tampa attractions, Busch 
Gardens, Disney World and more are only a short trip away.

Just like home . . full kitchen with all appliances, all the 
cookware and utensils you will need, all linens are provided 
(including beach towels) and unit has full-size washer/dryer in 
separate utility room. You will want to try out the shaded picnic 
area underneath the building . . it faces the beach and has 4 gas 
BBQ grills and several picnic tables for your use . . area is 
lighted for evening use. Our dining room has a large window with a 
southwest view down the beach and has seating for six.

The living room has two large windows with a southwest view down the 
beach, an entertainment center with 32" Sony TV, DVD/VHS player with 
a VHS library and has a separate Stereo/CD player. The enclosed 
balcony area adjoins the living room area and has three large 
windows that open and look directly at the Gulf/Beach and another 
window looking south down the beach to John's Pass. The balcony area 
is tiled and has it's own table and four chairs for relaxing and 
enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV/DVD/VHS in room and 
private bathroom with full-size walk-in shower. The second bedroom 
has two full-size beds, TV/DVD/VHS in room, beach chairs/beach 
towels and beach "toys" in the closet and uses the second bathroom 
with full-size tub/shower. Hide-a-Bed/Sofa in living room.
