Vacation Rental Description

Sunset Vistas is a new, luxury, beachfront condominium located in  
Treasure Island, Florida, directly on the beach of the Gulf of  
Mexico. Enjoy a spectacular view of brilliant sunsets over a white  
powder beach directly from your own balcony. Owner now offering  
reduced rates August-January 2009. 
 
John's Pass Fishing and Shopping Village and Boardwalk are within  
walking distance, and it is just steps to dinner and casino cruises,  
and adventure tours such as parasailing, scuba diving, and jet- 
skiing. Busch Gardens is only 45 minutes away and you are still  
close enough to go to Walt Disney World and Sea World which is only  
one and a half hours from your home-away-from-home.  
 
Furnished in "Tommy Bahama"-style, the suite features separate  
living, sleeping (two queen beds and separate queen sleeper sofa)  
and dining areas, and fully-equipped kitchen, including a  
refrigerator with icemaker, microwave oven, oven/range, and all  
cookware dishes and utensils.  
 
Unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. There are three  
televisions with satellite cable,DVD players, VCR, and telephones.  
High-speed Internet access is available in the onsite cafe. Sunset  
Vistas offers a large heated resort swimming pool (with a separate  
children’s pool), whirlpool spas, cafe (free Wi-Fi in cafe), gym,  
business center and beachside Tiki bar.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Unit has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2 bathrooms, covered  
parking, and private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.  The  
unit includes air-conditioning, full kitchen with all utensils,  
dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator,  
iron and ironing board, telephone, DVD and VCR player.  All linens  
are provided.

Activities and Attractions

Part of the greater Tampa Bay area, there are numerous attractions  
within a short distance and Tampa International Airport is only 30  
minutes away.  Shopping, biking, golf, minature golf, tennis, flea  
markets, numerous restaurants, water sports, fishing,(deep sea  
charter and shore), casino gambling ships,and nightclubs are all  
nearby.  Within a 30 minute drive, you can visit world famous Busch  
Gardens and Adventure Island; historic Ybor City for dining,  
shopping and clubs; Channelside for the Florida Aquarium; Ice Palace  
for hockey and concerts; visit trendy Hyde Park for shopping and  
dining. Only 90 minutes from Orlando where you can visit  
DisneyWorld, Universal Studios, Sea World, numerous shopping outlets  
and restaurants.

Mid Season .... April 11 2009-Aug 2009.. $175-$250/Night . $1375/Week 
Value Season .. Sept 2008-Feb 15 2009.. $99-$145/Night ..$ 895/Week 
Peak  Season .. Mar 7 2009-Apr 11, 2009 . $199-$275/Night .. $1695/Week 
Three (3) Night Minimum. 
Memorial Day/July 4th Week: Peak Season Rates. 
Labor Day Week: Peak Season Rates. 
Christmas/New Years Week:  Peak Season Rates. 
 
Rates are plus 12% city tax and $65 cleaning charge. 
Deposit $200, full payment 30 days prior to arrival 
 
Payment is due and payable in US Funds in the form of Visa,  
MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
