Fantasy Fest October is available and we still have availability for Fantasy Fest and Thanksgiving!  This is a spacious oceanfront home with breathtaking open water views! It is located on beautiful Summerland Key and spans 2 large lots, the front yard is a direct ocean front private beach, a canal with over 200 feet of seawall runs down the side of the house teaming with lobsters, parrot fish, queen angels, snappers, and many others. Max, the barracuda has been greeting boaters at our seawall returning from a successful day of fishing for over 15 years.  A private boat slip cuts into the backyard and just beyond that is a huge, heated pool. There is room along our seawall for several large boats and we have 50 amp shorepower. 

With nearly 250 feet of deep water dockage and your own private boat basin you will have quick access to the Atlantic and the Gulf for world-class boating,
fishing, lobstering, diving, and snorkeling. The house is located on
the Atlantic end of Niles Channel which is one of the deepest
passages between the Atlantic and the gulf in the lower keys. You
can even swim and snorkel in the clear waters right off the front
yard beach. Looe Key Marine Sanctuary, Big Pine Key, home of the Key
Deer, and Bahia Honda State Park, are all just minutes away. Dive
shops, marinas, boat rentals, banks, gas stations, groceries, and
restaurants are also close by. Famous for its gourmet dining
establishments, exciting night life and hundreds of unique shops,
historic Key West is just 30 minutes away.

Rates are $5000USD/mo $2000/week off season and $6000/mo $2500/week in
season. Please inquire for holidays and Lobster season. $500 refundable security deposit, plus a $200 cleaning fee and utilities used over $100(Water/Electric). The security deposit
will reserve your dates. Remainder required 4 weeks prior to rental.
All money goes nonrefundable 4 weeks prior to rental. We accept
