                                               Open to longer term monthly rentals upon discussion with owner.   The house is our primary residence which we rent while doing skippered sailing charters in the summer.   Ask about our sailing website for sail training or sailing summer vacations on the BC coast.  

Fully furnished beach house, one block from the shore, has spectacular views of the water, mountains, and Canadian Gulf Islands. Home includes an open concept living area, large deck, den, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a family room with a Murphy bed (folds into wall).  Sleeps up to eight guests.

Private back garden with rhododendrons and wildflowers. Includes shaded BBQ area and porch.

This home has all basic amenities including TV, wireless internet service, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, linens and towels, etc.  full water feature in back yard with stream pools and waterfalls surrounded by flowering shrubs and plants.  

Sailing Charters  The owners do sailing charters on a 51 foot sailing ketch in the waters and Gulf Islands in front of the home.  If interested, inquire about our sailing options.

White Rock is a picturesque seaside resort town located alongside one of the choicest sandy beaches on the BC coast, stretching for eight kilometres. It provides warm water for swimming and all sorts of water activities and is the spot to watch glorious summer sunsets from the home's deck or from the 1500 foot White Rock pier.

Take a stroll one direction and see all the quaint shops and eat at your choice of many excellent restaurants.  Walk the other direction where you can spot eagles and explore tide pools along the more secluded end of the beach.
Only thirty miles south of Vancouver so the city sights can be easily discovered too.
