"After much research, we elected to stay at this well located condo. All was in order. Easy access near main roads. All highways nearby with excellent signs. Near large number of amenities (grocery stores, restaurants). Very quick drive to tourist areas. The community pool is quite attractive. It is near small airport, but there is no problem with air plane noise. We also felt safe and welcome. And we loved San Diego! Maximum occupancy - 5 due to housing code.

$150 - Refundable Security/Damage deposit.

Your dates are only officially reserved with receipt of rental fee.
50% deposit upon reservation, 50% due at least 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
$150 if canceled more than 60 days before arrival. Cancellations 1-60 days before arrival,
refund is prorated (less $150 fee) only if we are able to re-rent the condo.
