hardwood, tile throughout. Recently renovated with all new Jen-Air  
appliances. Large game room with Bumber Pool Table, Foosbal Table,  
Hockey Table, Darts and Big Screen TV. 6 Person Jacuzzi over looks  
the lake. Sleeps 20 comfortably. 23' Hurricane FD 232 Boat (14  
Persons Capacity) available for rent. Pets possible, ask for details.

8 Spacious bedrooms, including 5 Kings and 2 Queens. 2 Large living  
rooms with ample leather sofas, TV's, and a Game room. The kitchen  
boasts 2 Jen-Air down draft stoves and 2 refriderators! The large  
lakefront deck has lots of outdoor seating and a Hot Tub overlooking  
the lake. Watch the sunset right in front of you from the decks.

Located in Moultonborough, just outside of Center Harbor, the  
property is centerally located in the heart of the Lakes Region.  
Fine dining and shopping are a short boat or car ride away. Enjoy  
swimming and boating in the summer, and skiing, ice fishing and snow  
mobiling in the winter.
