The Breakers offers every imaginable amenity to make your Anna
Maria Island vacation one to treasure! Washer, dryer, dishwasher,
microwave, gourmet kitchen, cable tv, 2 televisions, stereo system,
whirlpool tub, 2 car garage, open deck facing the beach, spiral
staircase to private loft bedroom - this home has it all!

The Breakers is located close to shopping, restaurants,
churches, marinas, fishing piers, and grocery stores. It's located
in
Holmes Beach, just a short 2 hour drive to all of the Disney
attractions and conveniently located close to many local attractions
which make great day trips.

$500.00 deposit on weekly reservations.
$1000.00 depsoit on monthly reservations.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Travel insurance is available and recommended.

$35.00 processing fee and $40.00 damage waiver required.

Holiday rates apply to Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. All rents will be increased by 25%.

The Breakers is a one week minimum rental.

Small dog allowed with $150.00 non-refundable pet fee.
