highchair. At the front entrance there's a shady 
courtyard with bench, and the back yard has a large grassy play
area. It all adjoins the desert, with a hiking/biking trail right
along the property leading into the Tonto National Forest.

Maximum Occupancy: 12 at any time, including children and outside visitors

1/2 rent due upon receipt of lease. Balance due 6 weeks in advance of arrival. Full refund for written cancellation by 60 days prior to arrival. No refund after that. Lessee must be at least age 25 and an occupant in leased property for duration of lease.
