20' vaulted formal living and dining rooms greet your entrance with

with city and mountain views. A sparkling PebbleTec Pool 
offers *optional heating and the attached custom in-ground spa with

INCLUSIONS: Linens, towels, service ware and utensils. Washer/dryer, 
dishwasher, microwave, S/S refrigerator w/in-door ice and water, 
coffeemaker, walk-in pantry, free high speed wireless internet. 9 
TONS of cooling power in separate central AC units, one for each 
level. Spa heating included, *pool heating optional at the greater of $150/wk minimum or actual 
metered use. 3 car 
garage w/opener. Kid friendly with toys and playthings 
inside and out, everything you need for a baby, including crib, 
highchair, swing and sitter-saucer. At the front entrance there's a 
courtyard with bench, and the back yard has a large grassy play 
area. It all adjoins the desert, with a hiking/biking trail right 
along the property.

Holidays/Spring Break  $3000/wk

Summer (Jun-Aug)  1500/wk

*Pool Heating (Optional Anytime)  150/wk minimum

All Reservations Require:
$200 Cleaning fee (additional)
$500 Security deposit (refundable)

All rates above are for up to 6 occupants - add $25 per person per 
night for up to 6 additional guests. 1/2 rent deposit required 
within 7 days to hold reservation. Balance due 60 days in advance of 
arrival. No refund for cancellation less than 60 days in advance of 
scheduled arrival. Lessee must be at least age 25 and an occupant in 
leased property for duration of lease. No smoking and no pets and no 
more than 12 guests in this property at any time including social 
gatherings.
