beautiful Ko'Olina Resort & Marina! The 640 acre Ko Olina Resort is
nestled between the jagged palm covered Hawaiian Mountains and the
crystalline turquoise waters of the Pacific Ocean.
Across the street from the new Disney Aulani Resort and the Marriott Ihilani Resort and only 20 to 30 minutes from Honolulu and Waikiki - you get the
serenity of paradise with the bustling city just a short drive away.
Whether you are coming to enjoy 18 holes at the world famous Ted
Robinson's Championship Golf Course - recognized as one the top 75
resort golf courses in the USA by Golf Digest and host to the LPGA
and the Senior PGA tours, or if you are coming to relax on one of
the four white sand lagoons, then this is the place for you!
You can jog or stroll the one and a half mile trail that links the
four awe-inspiring lagoons or ride the last remaining sugar cane
train. There is a Water Park five minutes away, a 16-plex Theatre,
lots of restaurants, a small shopping center at the entrance to the villas an easy 2 minute walk and you can walk to Paradise Cove - host to the best luau on the island!
We provide high speed Internet with CAT five ports in every room and
free unlimited phone and fax service nationwide. You will enjoy
access to the two swimming pools in our gated community, as well as
two hot tubs, barbecues, a hammock grove, and multiple gardens!
Our townhouse villa is completed with furnishings and
décor in an elegant Polynesian island-style. There are granite
countertops and tile floors in the bathrooms and hardwood floors in
the entry and kitchen. You will find the kitchen fully-equipped for
all of your needs with brand new appliances, china, glassware, and
utensils. The family room has cushy sofas and a 42 inch plasma
screen TV with DVD player, VCR and a stereo with CD player. The
cable serivce includes over 200 channels, HBO, Showtime as well as a
digital recorder to save your favorite shows for you while you are
at the lagoons for convenient viewing when you return. Phone and fax
service are available for free unlimited use nationwide. There is a
beautiful Polynesian-style table and chairs in the kitchen with
seating for six and additional seating area on the lanai, where you
can enjoy the ocean breezes! There is a washer and dryer off of the
hallway and hair dryers in the bathrooms.  There are fans in all the bedrooms and the living room and lanai and there is your own private BBQ on the lanai.
The Master Bedroom has a King-size Bed and you will sleep in luxury
with a down alternative comforter and duvet on a pillow-top mattress.
There is a beautiful tropical wood nightstand and dresser set in the
master to match the bed frame. The Master Bathroom has a shower with
a seat in it! The shower is finished in a beautiful tile to match
the floor, and there are two sinks with a granite countertop.
The second bedroom has a Queen-size Bed. It also has a pillow-top
mattress, down alternative comforter and duvet, and tropical nightstands and
dresser. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom/den
with the same granite and tile as the master. The third bedroom/den
has two twin beds that can be put together or used separately and each have a down alternative comforter and duvet.  This room does not have a closet, but it does have a large dresser with big drawers for clothing.
