Vacation Rental Description

Paradise and tranquility begin when you arrive at our beautiful 7th 
floor West-End Gulf-front condo with its private beach-front 
balcony. Enjoy unobstructed views of the gulf as well as spectacular 
sunsets.

Our vibrantly redecorated condo is huge---1920 square feet and 
features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, accommodating 8 people in beds!  Two 
master bedrooms suites with either king or queen bedding (one gulf-
front and one with Jacuzzi tub), and the third bedroom has two 
double beds. There are two dining areas with seating for 10 plus 2 
bar stools in the kitchen.  The living room/dining area also has a 
wet bar.  Entertainment centers with TV/VCR are in the living area 
and all bedrooms.  The living room also has a DVD player, and 
stereo.  There is also a Nintendo Gaming System with games for the 
children, and a selection of movies, games and books for your 
enjoyment.
  
This paradise has been decorated and equipped as a second home, so 
just bring your bathing suits and beach towels and enjoy!  We hope 
you find our piece of paradise as soothing and enjoyable as we do 
and that you, too, create lasting memories!!!

Perdido Key offers serious vacationers miles of unspoiled, pristine 
beaches, which have been rated as one of the 20 most beautiful 
beaches in the world. The Gulf Islands National Seashore houses 5 
miles of protected dunes and harbors a vast array of wildlife, some 
found only in and around the barrier islands.  Johnson Beach State 
Park (for shelling), the Perdido Key National Protected Seashore, 
and the Perdido Key State Park are just minutes away. 

Numerous activities are close by:  year-round golf, including 
Perdido's Lost Key Golf Club, a new Arnold Palmer designed course 
1/4 mile away, numerous fishing charters, amusement and water parks, 
NAS Pensacola's Naval Museum, home of the famous Blue Angels Flight 
Team, World-class shopping at Riviera Centre Outlet Mall, and many 
outstanding restaurants.

Peak Summer (Jun 01-Sept 14) minimum one week stay (Saturday through 
Saturday); Minimum 4-day stay for all other seasons. *Calendar 
Months only (1-31) -- No Smoking and No Pets Allowed!

We also have 2/2 1450 sq. ft Gulf-front on Okaloosa Island, 3/3 Gulf-
front in Destin, and 1/1 Gulf-view on Okaloosa Island.
