Enjoy your vacation in our gorgeous mountain chalet located in a
secluded and heavily forested setting. Sierra Mountains and endless
recreational opportunities are at your doorstep. Located in the
Tahoe-Donner area of Truckee, near Lake Tahoe, the chalet is a 30
minute drive from Reno Airport, or 3 hours from the San Francisco Bay
Area, and is in a very quiet and private setting.

Near the world class ski resorts of Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows,
Northstar and Royal Gorge for cross country, you can be on your skis
within 20-30 minutes. Sugar Bowl and Boreal for night skiing are
nearby. Tahoe Donner ski resorts(downhill and cross country),
fitness and spa facilities are only a few minutes away. Snowmobiling
is also nearby.

Summertime at the chalet offers easy access to golf at the Tahoe
Donner golf courses, spectacular hiking, biking , access to Donner
Lake with all its water activities, good rock climbing and more.

Non-Holiday Periods: $325 nt - 3 Night Min - $1,900 Wk

MLK & Presidents: $495/nt 3 night min - $3,150 Wk
Memorial Day/July 4th & Labor Day: $495/nt 4 night min - $2,800 Wk
Christmas/New Year's 2009/10: $575/nt - 5 night min $3,500 Wk

$400 refundable security deposit and $250 cleaning fee -
$275 for groups of 10

All rates subject to Transient/Occupancy Tax for the
Town of Truckee - 10%

Deposits:
A 50% deposit will is due upon reservation. Full payment is due one
week prior to check in, along with a $400 security deposit and $250
non refundable cleaning fee. (Add $50 for groups larger than 6
people) The security deposit will be refunded
within one week of departure if the place is left in acceptable
condition and there is no damage.

Refunds
Rental deposit will be refunded for cancellation of greater than 60
days prior to arrival. For cancellations greater than 30 days prior
to arrival the refund amount will be 50% of deposit. 90% of deposit
will be refunded if a replacement renter is found.
