11,000 sq. ft. free form pool, smaller adult pool, kiddie pool, extra large jacuzzi, splash
fountain, exercise facility, spa, poolside food and bevarage service (seasonal), tennis and
basketball courts, covered parking, Bean Trader coffee shop which serves Starbucks coffee, Trader
Vic's restraunt, and room service. This unit is 1390sq. ft., on the 8th floor overlooking the
spectacular Destin sunsets. It is fully furnished with 2 King beds and a queen size sleeper sofa.
Everything you could need is there, right down to the ice cream scooper! Washer and Dryer too. This
is the perfect unit for families, couples weekend, or even the Girl's Getaway!

This 1 year old unit has 2 king size beds, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining area, and kitchen.
There are 3 large, flat panel, plasma TV's, cable, and 1 vcr. It has internet access and phone
service. It has ceiling fans and central air. You can lounge on the patio and enjoy the beautiful
Destin sunsets.

The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, and all the
comforts of home. It also has a washer an dryer in the unit. Everything is provided to insure a
relaxing and comfortable stay.

Destin is a favorite vacation destination. The Palms of Destin is the newest and most exciting
resort in the area. The Palms of Destin in located just north of highway 98. It is a quick, 5 minute
walk to the Beach. You can also take a free shuttle to Henderson State Beach. You are walking
distance to fun restraunts, go-carts, mini-golf, and shopping. You can enjoy all of the on-site
resort activities, or play on any one of several beautiful golf courses very near by. Dolphin
cruises, deep sea fishing, and parasailing are all just minutes away. Don't forget to visit the on-
