Vacation Rental Description

Kalanchoe is private home designed and decorated in with island 
flair and tucked away on the island of New Providence. Kalanchoe is 
the perfect place for guests who value elegance, privacy and romance 
in an island getaway 
Kalanchoe has an open floor plan with a Great Room that features a 
balcony that overlooks a private beach located within Old Towne at 
Sandy Port. With two separate, elegantly appointed bedrooms, our 
guests are afforded totally privacy. The unit comes with two 
bathrooms, central air-conditioning and a full kitchen with 
stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a private 
bathroom which features a Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in closet and a 
private balcony for an intimate show of the Bahamian sunset. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

If one chooses, Kalanchoe provides a private boat dock which 
comfortably accommodates a 42 foot craft. The dock is available for 
rental along with the condo or separately. 
Close to all local amenities, Kalanchoe is minutes from the Crystal 
Palace Hotel and Casino, the Straw Market and a local grocery store 
for those want to create a meal rather than dine out. First-class 
dining on gourmet Caribbean cuisine at The Poop Deck, just across 
the street, incorporates fresh local seafood, fruit and produce. A 
pre-trip menu list of eating establishments is available.

The Palace Theatre: Nassau Marriott Resort & The Crystal Palace 
Casino's Jubilation show nightly except Thursdays. Both dinner and

Atlantis Showroom: adjoining the Paradise Island Casino, dazzles 
viewers with an intense dramatic cabaret show - Sunsation. Dinner

The King & Knights Club: Forte Nassau Beach Hotel, recreates the 
native dance styles and intertwines them with a native show and 
dancing that is bound to make your night most enjoyable. Show times

$150 Per night for addtional nights over one week up to three 
nights, there after an additional week's rate applies.

Rental Rate Notes

Policies

Deposits
There is a $500 refundable deposite required for all rentals. Refund 
of deposit will be issued/ credited to your charge card after full 
inspection of rental property after departure. 

Refunds
Full refund, less 5% processing fee, will be returned/ credited to 
your charge card for cancellations three months prior to your 
scheduled arrival. 
There will be a 75% refund of all funds for cancellations two months 
before prior to your schedule arrival date. 

You will receive 50% of your payment if you cancel your rental one 
month prior to you arrival date and a 25% refund two weeks before 
you are expected to arrive. 

There will be no refund of payments received if you cancel your 
booking with less than two weeks remaining before your arrival. 
However, your USD $500 deposit will be returned to you for all 
cancellations.
