Vacation Rental Description

Special Holiday Offer: Casa Laura 2,500 sq.ft. casa will be available
for rent during the Christmas Holdays. Secure, private, one car off
street parking garage, private pool in a well establish garden.

Accommodations: 
Casa Laura combined with the upstairs is suitable for a family of 6 or
three couples. 3BR/3BA. It is available for Christmas Holiday 2008 and
long term. For detailed information, please contact us. 

Quinta Dana Maria is the upstairs apartment with an adjoining studio
that can be rented with the  
apartment. The apartment has 1BR with queen bed/1BA. The studio has
1BR with king bed and in suite bath. 

If you are wishing to still experience the full spirit of the Mexican
Village while vacationing in Mexico, then Quinta Dana Maria and Casa
Laura my be the accommodations and location you have been searching
for. Guest can walk a block for fresh fish, 2 blocks for street
taco's, fresh produce, fruit, all your basic needs can be purchase in
our neighbors grocery store. We are a short walk from the new world
class La Cruz Marina and a variety of diversified restaurants, live
music bars and the local bus stop to take you to your next adventure.
No need for a car rental, just bring your flip flops.

The Apartment: This upstairs apartment comes fully furnished with it's
own private entrance through an enclosed garden. The apartment is
approx. 900 sq.ft. including terrace, living/dining, kitchen, bath
w/shower, dressing area, bedroom w/queen bed. Living room has two sofa
beds for extra guest. Comfortable for 2 but can sleep up to 4.

The Studio: Is connected to the apartment through a double door
passage. It is approx. 600 sq.ft. with sitting area, a small wet bar
service kitchen, and a large bedroom w/king bed and in suite bath with
shower. The studio overlooks the pool and the garden area . A spiral
staircase leads up to an upper deck for enjoying your morning coffee,
star gazing or sunning in private. Comfortable for 2 persons.



 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV, Mexican DVD, WiFi internet service, fully equipped kitchen,
microwave, large refrigerator, state size stove, coffee maker,
blender, toaster, cooking utensils and cook ware. Kitchen towels, dish
soap, paper towels and an assortment of spices and herbs. Linens, bath
towels, toilet paper and hair dryers.Beach towels, small beach cooler,
ice packs, umbrella and beach chairs. Two ocean kayaks for your use.
