Vacation Rental Description

We are delighted to finally own a beach house on the court where we 
have rented for years. Now available for year round vacation 
rentals. We have just finished upgrading the entire house.  We have 
a brand new patio area with ocean views. Fresh paint, all new 
furniture, all new high quality mattresses.  We completely 
updated the kitchen with new appliances, new cabinets, and granite 
counters. We added a brand new bathroom and remodelled the other.  
Plus we added a shower outside with hot & cold water. No need to 
upgrade the fantastic location. Wireless internet access. Brand new 
37 inch LCD HDTV.  Three parking spaces adequate for SUV. Kennebeck 
Court is a well maintained court away from the noise of Belmont Park 
on the beach side.  We are the third house from the sands of Mission 
Beach; walk there in 30 seconds or less!

Our cottage sleeps 6-7 people.  If your group is all adults, the 
maximum is six.  If some are younger children, you may have up to 
seven.  There are three bedrooms; two queen beds and one with two 
twin beds, one of which has a trundle. 

We have a keyless entry system so you do not have to keep track of 
keys or wait in line at a rental office. 

Enjoy the cool ocean breezes and glorious Mission Beach sunsets at 
our newly spruced up cottage.

Please note:  No loud or large parties.  We do not rent to 
vacationing students or singles under age 25.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Parking:  Three easily accessible spaces at rear of property which can accommodate 
SUVs.
Linens:  All bed linens, beach/bath towels provided.  There is a front loading 
washer and dryer for your use in the unit.
WiFi:  Hi speed internet provided.  
TV: Premium Cable,  3 TVs, DVD
Beach chairs provided, too.

Activities and Attractions

Come find out why we love it so much.  Swim, walk, bike, surf, 
rollerblade on beautiful Mission Beach and the miles of Boardwalk.  
We are within walking distance of many activities, and within biking 
distance of more. Sea World is just five minutes away.  You are just 
a short drive to downtown San Diego, LaJolla, Coronado, Del Mar, Old 
Town, Balboa Park, Lego Land and more.  Take in a bull fight in 
Tijuana if you are feeling adventurous.

Vacation Rental Rates

We book by the week during June, July, and August, from Saturday to 
Saturday.    
Total cost= rent plus 10.5% city tax plus $150 cleaning fee.

June 28-Aug. 16 '08 $3400/wk
