May 1st - Dec 15th, 2008:  $840.00/wk 
Dec 16th - Jan 31st, 2009:  $990.00/wk 
Feb 1st - Apr 30th, 2009: $1,280.00/wk 
 
Enjoy your stay in a tastefully furnished, fully equipped  
condominium, with 1,550 square feet of living space plus an  
8 x 20 glassed/screened lanai that overlooks the pool/spa. 
 
Our condo overlooks the pool/spa on the bay side of Siesta Key.   
There is a second pool/spa directly along the beach.  Heated outdoor  
showers and bathrooms are provided by the beach and pools. 
 
The Excelsior Condominium grounds are beautifully landscaped and  
maintained.  All the amenities of a resort are available to you. 
Private beach access with lounge chairs provided on the beach.   
Beach access is directly across the street from the condominium, and  
is a five-minute walk from the condo to the beach.  Siesta Key  
village is a five-minute drive from the condo.  Major grocery store  
and shopping within 1 mile!

Vacation Rental Rates

Rate subject to an 11% Florida tax. 
Advance rent deposit of $500.00 required. 
Amount equal to 1/2 total rent fee due 90 days prior to check-in. 
$300.00 security/damage deposit, along with balance, due at check-in. 
U.S. funds only.  Sorry, no credit cards and no refunds for early departures. 
Check-in time:  3:00pm 
Check-out:  10:00am 
 
No pick-ups, RVs, trailers, campers, boats or similar vehicles allowed.
