If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet home on Marco Island's
exclusive South End, then you have found it. You will experience the
privacy of a large Florida Room, which functions as an open and
expansive lanai overlooking the heated in-ground pool, or during
inclement days can be closed off to the elements. Beyond the pool,
the lanai overlooks lush tropical plants and citrus trees. The house
is located only a couple of blocks from the beach, does not back up
to any condos, tennis courts or parking lots and provides a perfect
location for your own private paradise.
This home is very spacious at approximately 2000 square feet and
includes cathedral ceilings in the living room and dining areas. The
3 bedroom 2 bath home has ceramic tile throughout. Have dinner in
the large eat in kitchen or out in the Florida Room.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with TV, walk in closet
and large bathroom with a stall shower. The master bedroom opens up
to the lanai. The two separate Guest Bedrooms both have full size
beds with TV sets. They share a bathroom with a tub and shower. One
of the Guest Bedrooms also opens up to the Florida room.
There is a separate laundry room with a tub and full size washer and dryer.
This home is located on the South end of Marco and walking distance
to the South Beach access path, one of only four public beach
accesses open to visitors that exist on the whole island. Many homes
advertise they are close to the beach, but do not tell you their
true proximity to the beach access points.
Mackle Park and the Marco Island Public Library are appoximately 1.5 miles away.
Around the corner and walking ditance from our home, Marco Walk is a plaza that has great shopping, many
wonderful restaurants ((Conrads, Cathy O'Clarks,Rookies, Captain Briens, D'Avincis, Nancho Mamas)), an ice
cream shop and the island's only movie theatre.
It is truly hard to find a home that is in a much better location.
