vacation rental description
Our 1100 sq ft, 2 bedroom suite is an ideal central location from
which to enjoy the entire Okanagan. Your own entrance and patio,
with BBQ and furnishings, gives a sense of complete privacy. The
suite is also centrally air-conditioned, making it a wonderful
retreat from the Okanagan heat.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other has a
bunk bed, with a single up top and a double below, perfect for the
kids. Also, there is a pullout couch making the suite capable of
sleeping 7. All linens(except beachtowels)are included. A playpen
and highchair are available,at no charge, on request. There is one
bathroom with a tub/shower. A kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave,
coffeemaker(some coffee & tea incl.), etc. Two seperate seating
areas provide a choice between watching TV or sitting quietly reading
a selection of
books provided. Wireless internet access ( computer
not supplied ). There are many little extras to make your stay an
enjoyable one.

There are many golf courses nearby including Shannon Lake Golf
Course right across the street. Skiing is also a popular sport in
the valley, there are many hills big and small and a world class
Telemark cross country course less than a 30 minute drive. We are
only minutes from downtown Kelowna, various wineries, go-karts, as
well as beautiful Lake Okanagan and the many sunny beaches and parks.
Major grocery stores and other shopping are also only a short drive
away in Westbank.
vacation rental rates
We charge $110 per night or $680 per week (the Victoria Day long weekend & from June 23/12 - Sept. 4/12), and $85/night or $500/week the rest of the year ( closed Dec. 21-28/11 ). These rates are based on double occupancy with an additional $20 per adult and $5 per child, per night (2 and under are free,ask for details). Minimum 3 night stay, except June 23/12 to Sept. 4/12 weekly rentals only ( Sat. - Sat. ).
eg. family of 5, at peak time,( 2 adults + 2 children + 1 year old )
= $120/night or $750/week. Rates subject to change without notice.
50% deposit required upon booking( cheque or money order only, CDN
funds ), remainder to be paid upon arrival ( CDN. CASH only ).
100% refund, of deposit, up until 30 days
prior to stay ( funds held for 30 days after receipt, before all
refunds issued, to allow for clearing ).
50% refund up until 14 days prior to stay. No refund within 14 days
prior to stay.
