Pueblo Townhome in Green Valley

Our Pueblo Townhome (remodeled in 2005 and new carpeting in living
room and bedrooms in August 2007) is a two bedroom,
two bath unit with carport. It is conveniently located only a short
walk to the Desert Hills social and recreation center and only 7/10
miles to Canoa Hills social and recreation center. These facilities
offer swimming, billiards, shuffleboard, tennis, modern fitness
centers, bridge, poker, dances and many other classes and activities
all inclusive with your Green Valley recreation pass available to
renters at a nominal fee. Canoa Hills public golf course is only
3/10 miles and San Ignacio public golf course only 1 mile away. Our
townhome has a large, cheery living room and dining area, modern
kitchen with all appliances, pantry and laundry room, guest bedroom
with twin beds, master bedroom with Queen bed and slider to East
facing patio. Unit features a fully glassed Arizona room
which faces east to the Santa Rita mountains and beautiful sunrises.

Living area is tastefully furnished with Sofa, Easy chair, Swivel
upholstered rocker, End tables and lamps, 32" LCD  screen TV, DVD
player and plenty of space for entertaining.
Living room and bedrooms are carpeted (new August 2007). Bathrooms,
hallways, dining area, kitchen, pantry/laundry and Arizona room are
newly tiled.
Kitchen and bathroom counters are newly tiled.
Modern kitchen includes micro wave, new refrigerator, dishwasher,
electric stove, toaster, coffee maker and telephone with answering
machine. Extensive cabinets and pantry are well stocked with
cookware, silverware and dishes.
Laundry area has washer, dryer and lots of shelf space. Pantry is
large and easy accessible with bi-fold doors.
The linen closet is in the hallway between the two baths and stocked
with towels, linens and blankets.
The unit has central air conditioning/heating to all rooms except
the Arizona/sun room.
Master bedroom has a Queen bed , well stocked bookcase and 27"
television. Room has a large California style closet and a private
bath. Large sliders open to the patio.
Guest bedroom has twin beds that can be made up as a king if desired
and a large double closet.
Bricked patio has a dining table and chairs  and lounger and gas BBQ grill.

Green Valley, Arizona is situated at 3000 foot elevation in the
Sonoran high desert at the foot of the beautiful Santa Rita
mountains. Cool nights and warm, sunny days are the rule from
October through April making the community of Green Valley the
perfect three season vacation spot.We are located only 12 miles from
the entrance to Madera Canyon, renowned for bird watching and hiking
trails to Mts. Wrightson and Hopkins. The Pima Air Museum, Whipple
Observatory, Sonoran Desert Museum,Tubac Art Community, San Xavier
and Tumacacori Missions, Titan Missile Museum, Arizona Diamondbacks
and Colorado Rockies Spring Training games, Many golf coures,Casino
gaming and shows, Greater Tucson Airport and the City of tucson are
all within about a 30-45 minute drive.
Our Green Valley recreation membership is transferable to you for a
nominal fee if you desire to take advantage of the wonderful social
and recreation activities Green Valley has to offer. Thirteen
social and recreation centers dot the community of Green valley and
all are included on the same guest membership. The activites
available are to numerous to list but they include: swimming pools
and jacuzzis, tennis courts,billiards, shuffleboard, dancing,
lapidary, clay studio, ceramic studio,woodworking,fitness center
sports and social clubs. Our townhome is within easy walking
distance to two of the largest and most modern: Desert Hills and
Canoa Hills.
Green Valley boasts eight beautiful golf courses, six available to
the public and two private. Winter fees are reasonable and times
are usually available.
Green Valley area has a modern multi-screen cinema and local
shopping centers with a broad range of merchants including three
major supermarkets, four major drug stores and a new super Walmart.
We are only a 25-40 minute drive to the wonderful shopping,cultural
and community activities to be found year round in Tucson.

Refundable security/damage deposit is $300 for each month rented.
(for example-a two month rental would require a $600.00 Deposit at the
time of the contract signing)
Cleaning fee is $85 (non refundable)
Note: One small dog (under 25 lbs.) is allowed with $100 extra
cleaning security
deposit. No cats.
Green valley Recreation Center passes are available for access to
all 13 recreation centers;including Pools,Spas,Work-out centers,
