Vacation Rental Description

Totally renovated second floor end unit with 3 
bedrooms and a long view of the lake. All new fully equipped kitchen 
with gorgeous maple cabinets, granite countertops and new 
appliances. 
New furniture and carpet throughout. The master bedroom has a king 
size bed and a step-in shower with 2 walk-in closets. The front 
bedroom has 2 twin beds and the middle bedroom has a pull-out sofa 
and desk. The second bathroom is a tub/shower combo. TVs are located 
in the master bedroom and the living room.  A DVD and music system 
are located in the living room.  Washer/dryer, linens and towels are 
provided.  Within walking distance to pool and tennis.  Everything 
you need except clothes, golf clubs and tennis rackets.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Worthington Country Club is a safe, gated community with friendly 
people.  Fantastic championship 18 hole golf course and aquatic 
driving range.  Har-Tru tennis courts.  Complete clubhouse with 
excellent dining and grille room.  Pro-shop with golf and tennis 
instructors. Large swimmimg pool with hot tub, cabanas, and fitness 
center adjacent to Country Club. Local community pool and tennis 
court within walking distance of condo. Worthington Country Club is located just off 
Route 75 a short distance from Ft. Myers Airport.

Activities and Attractions

Beautiful Gulf beaches are located within 6 miles.  The dog track is 
located ten minutes away and the flea market is about 5 minutes 
away.  Publix Grocery Store is within walking distance.  Miramar 
Designer Outlet Mall is just one exit north on Route 75. On site 
activities include card games, bingo, bocce, water aerobics, fitness 
classes and yoga.
