is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and will sleep 6 comfortably. The
condo features, a full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee
pot and full size refrigerator), washer/dryer, large combined living
and dining area, wet bar, 2 TV's, Cable, Wi-Fi, DVD, KING bed in the
Master Bedroom, 2 Twins in the Guest Bedroom, and a fold out Queen
Sofa (all towels, linens and dishware are provided). Sorry, NO

The property is a family friendly area featuring: two pools (1
heated in the Winter months), 5 Jacuzzi's, one outside your front door, 4 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, grill area with pavillon, shuffleboard,

A security deposit of $200 is required within ten days after making
a reservation. A refund will be issued for a cancellation made 14
days prior to the reservation date (30 days cancellation are
required for reservations of one month or longer). The security
deposit will be returned within 30 days, assuming no damages to the
property. Full payment is required one week prior to your vacation.
