Vacation Rental Description

 Enjoy the best of both worlds: historic and unique, downtown 
St. Augustine, and the relaxing retreat of a condominium on the 
beach!

 Unit 8106 is a first floor, south facing OCEAN VIEW unit, with an 
exquisite view from your private patio with your own eletric grill.  
Completely renovated from top to bottom in December 2004, the unit 
is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and will sleep 6 comfortably.  The 
condo features, a full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee 
pot and full size refrigerator), washer/dryer, large combined living 
and dining area, wet bar, 3 TV's, Cable, VCR, DVD, KING bed in the 
Master Bedroom, 2 Twins in the Guest Bedroom, and a fold out Queen 
Sofa (all towels, linens and dishware are provided).  Sorry, NO 
SMOKING OR PETS!!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

The property is a family friendly area featuring: two pools (1 
heated in the Winter months), 5 Jacuzzi's, 4 tennis courts, 2 
racquetball courts, grill area with pavillon, shuffleboard, 
horseshoes, and direct secure access to the beach.  On-site 
manangement company and 24-hour security service is there to assist 
you during your stay.  

The property is located on Anastasia Island, approximately 10 
minutes Southeast of Historic downtown St. Augustine.  Close to 
shopping, restaurants, grocery store and miniature golf.

   Castillo de San Marco original Spanish fort built in the 1500's.
    Now operated as a National Park with frequent daily Park Ranger

A security deposit of $200 is required within ten days after making 
a reservation.  A refund will be issued for a cancellation made 14 
days prior to the reservation date (30 days cancellation are 
required for reservations of one month or longer).  The security 
deposit will be returned within 30 days, assuming no damages to the 
property.  Full payment is required one week prior to your vacation.
