This inviting bungalow cottage offers two separate living spaces, one upstairs, and one downstairs.  Each unit offers two bedrooms and one bath that will comfortably provide accommodations up to four people per unit.  Fully furnished with all the necessary amenities, the cottage is an ideal location to spend a wonderful Cocoa Beach vacation.  Wireless Internet, DVD player, off street parking, all kitchen supplies, towels, and linens are included.  Laundry facilities are located on site at no charge.  The upstairs unit offers a large deck for outdoor dining, with a nice partial ocean view.  The downstairs unit provides easy access to the backyard area. 

We are proud to offer Florida pet friendly lodging to our guests.  The nicely landscaped backyard area offers security and place to play, (should you bring along a four-legged friend).  A sunning deck with lounge chairs, and gas bar-b-q, are only steps away from the beautiful sandy beaches of world famous Cocoa Beach & the Atlantic Ocean.  You will also find some beach accessories to use during your stay, for kids and adults.
