Honey Moon Island is just minutes by car or a mile on the Pinellas
Trail. The island is a main attraction. Hunt for shells, take a
ride on the ferry to Caladesi Island. Rent a sailboat, kayak or ski
doo. Or just enjoy Florida's white sandy beaches and the
magnificent sunsets.

The Pinellas Trail runs behind this home. A 47-mile trail running
from the north end of the county to the south end. Walk, bike,
roller blade or jog to Honey Moon Island, downtown or the
Hammock. A 75 acre nature preserve takes you thru paths where you
can enjoy the wild life and plants that inhabit Florida. San Jose
Park is just across the street with a great view of the gulf. Enjoy
your morning coffee or a Florida sunset from the park.

Just 15 minutes from one of Florida's top ten beaches and the
sponge docks of Tarpon Springs. 30 minutes from Tampa
International Airport and downtown St Pete. Orlando is an easy two
hour drive.

Golf at any of several courses. St Andrews golf and country club is
right next door.

May - December $800 per week / $2000.00 per month
+ 12% tax (7% Sales Tax + 5% Tourist Tax)
$100.00 cleaning fee
$300.00 pet fee (200 refundable if no damage or fleas)
500 reservation deposit (this will become a security deposit
on arrival and refunded within 15 days of departure as long as there
are no damages.

receipt of a 90 day written notice proir to your seasonal arrival.
