Beach, Town, or fabulous Marginal Way....it accommodates 10 - 15
persons, and each large room has its own private bath.
You can park the car in one of 5+ off-street parking spots, and walk
everywhere.....included is a huge Whirlpool Duet front-load washer &
dryer, giant back-yard deck, front porch with wicker furniture, 2 outdoor grills, plus ultra-modern kitchen with a Jenn-Air stove and water/ice front refrigerator, ultra quiet dishwasher....2nd floor also has an extra separate entrance, as well as its own large kitchen/dining and gathering area.
Bring your own Sheets and Towels, rent them locally, or they can be provided here if you wash/dry them before leaving.
There are no other houses in Ogunquit, Maine with these amenities,
especially one SO close to the ocean and town!!

The Heritage will take reservations for the 2010 Season on January 1, 2010!!

June 12 - 25, 2010 - $2,900 per week.

June 26 - July 16, 2010 - $3,300 per week

July 17 - August 20, 2010 - $3,500 per week

August 21 - September 3, 2010 - $3,200 per week

September 4 - September 24, 2010 - $2,900 per week

The Heritage will also be available as a winter rental from September 25, 2010 through May 2011 (continuously)  for $985.00 per month.
