The Heritage is a unique, beautiful and huge 5 bedroom, 5 bath house
reproduction of a Victorian Cottage located a 5 minute WALK from the
Beach, Town, or fabulous Marginal Way....it accommodates  10 - 15
persons, and each room has its own private bath.
You can park the car in one of 5+ off-street parking spots, and walk
everywhere.....included are sheets, towels, huge front-load washer &
dryer, hot tub, giant back-yard deck, hammock for 2, front porch with
wicker furniture, 2 outdoor grills, plus ultra-modern kitchen with a
Jenn-Air stove and grill....2nd floor also has an extra separate
entrance, as well as it's own large kitchen/dining area.
There are no other houses in Ogunquit, Maine with these amenities, 
especially one so close to the ocean and town!!

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rates are available from June 14, 2008 until Sept. 15, 2008.
Rates are as follows:
The Heritage is BOOKED for the 2008 Season at this time....
June 14 - 27, 2008  - $2,900 per week.
June 28 - August 1, 2008 - $3,200 per week
August 2 - August 22, 2008 - $3,400 per week
August 23 - September 1, 2008 - $3,600 for 9 nights
The Heritage is also available from September through May
(continuously) as a winter
rental for $895.00 per month.
We are now booking for 2009 Summer Season...or a 2008 wait list in
case of cancellation.
