Country Estate on 2 Acres in Pinetop

Secluded, yet only 1/8 mile off Highway 260 on paved road.
All amenities are provided for your relaxing stay in Arizona's White
Mountains. Kitchen includes new appliances - icemaker refrigerator,
dishwasher, microwave, self-cleaning oven, island Jennair cooktop
which includes indoor grill. There is a large, separate laundry
room with Maytag washer and dryer. Formal dining room with round
maple table seats 8 comfortably. There is also a breakfast bar
between kitchen and dining room. All table linens are provided.
Wireless internet access is provided at no extra charge.
Living room features a large wood-burning stove with glass doors
(plenty of firewood is provided). There are two couches, (one is a
Lazyboy recliner), 48" HDTV with over 200 satellite channels and a DVD player. There is also a parlor with a Baldwin piano for your enjoyment.

Bedrooms are upstairs. Master bedroom has king bed, sitting area,
plenty of dressers, walk-in closet and large bathroom. Second
bedroom has queen bed; third bedroom has a double
bed with twin bed bunked above it and another twin bed. Fourth
bedroom has one set of twin bunkbeds and another twin bed. There
is also a baby crib available if you need it. A second full bath is also
upstairs. Each floor has separate water heater to accommodate all tenants. The house has central heat in addition to the wood-burning stove and most rooms have ceiling fans.

Outside there is a covered porch with gas grill, picnic table,
and plenty of outdoor furniture. The yard is spacious and inviting.
Linens, cooking utensils, china and silverware, as well as paper
products are included. There are extra folding chairs and also a
highchair if needed. In the winter, the road is plowed by Navajo
County as needed.

Smoking is permitted outside only. Pets are allowed with some
restrictions. Please inquire. Your cooperation is sincerely

Home is located in an apple orchard, off-street and very private.
Your privacy is assured. If you are looking for peace and quiet,
yet close to everything, this is the place for you. Paved access to
Highway 260 (less than 1/4 mile), but far enough away to be in the
country. Sit and rock and BBQ on the front porch while viewing
nothing but trees and meadow.

We also offer horse privileges with a corral for your use. Corral
will accommodate up to three horses.

At an elevation of 7,500 feet, the White Mountain area of Arizona is
widely known as a destination vacation area. There are over 50
lakes in the area with great trout fishing, wildlife viewing, scenic
drives, and plenty of activities for you and your family. The Fort
Apache Indian Reservation borders the Pinetop-Lakeside community.
All services are locally available. Average summer temperatures
vary from 70-80 degrees daytime and 50-60 degrees at night. Winters
offer plenty of activities. We are 30 minutes from Sunrise Ski
Area. There are cross-country ski trails, sledding, and snowboard
opportunities nearby. You will not be disappointed with what we
have to offer!

$150 per night (2 night minimum), or $1,000 per week for up to 6 people; $175 per night or $1,200 per week for 7 or more. One week minimum during Christmas and New Year's holidays.

Refundable security deposit of $250 is required to hold your reservation. Deposit must be received no later than ten days after you reserve the house or your reservation will be cancelled. Security deposit is fully refundable if the house is left in the same condition as upon arrival. If you would like us to do the cleaning, the cost is $75. It is your choice, but we do need to know in advance as there is often a short turnaround time between tenants. Weekly rentals are normally Saturday to Saturday, but please inquire if this does not meet your needs. We accept personal checks, money orders, and cashier's checks. Please note: payment by check or money orders which do not clear the bank are subject to a $50 service charge.
