Hanging Dog Cabin in Murphy

Located just 7 miles outside of Murphy, this designer decorated
chalet sits on 1.2 acres in a low impact development which connects
to USFS land. Hike to Lake Hiwassee (Hanging Dog Campground is 2
miles away).House has a large circular driveway so bring your
boat or jet skis.
This 3/3 includes:
Master Bedroom with queen bed and bathroom ensuite.Guest
bedroom has an antique brass bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds.(Double Aerobed in master bedroom
closet-can potentially sleep 2 more!) All baths have hairdryers.
Linens and towels included (we even have towels to take to the lake).
A totally equipped kitchen with GAS stove, microwave,
dishwasher, refrigerator, drip coffee maker(uses Melita #4 filters),
blender, crock pot, toaster, food processor, electric griddle,
glassware , flatware and outdoor gas grill.
The large living/dining room has a table that seats 6, a 2
seat breakfast bar, leather sofa, club chairs, satelite TV, DVD,
stereo CD player with USB port. Washer and Dryer.

Relax on the day bed or Adirondack chairs on the wrap around porch. Pool table and 42 inch TV in large family room downstairs.
Enjoy sunset views with this western exposure. Rent a pontoon at
Duke's Hideaway Marina ( 1 mile away ).PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS
PROPERTY IS NOT ON THE LAKE, IT IS ONE MILE AWAY. There are actually
no houses on the lake it is all USFS property.

Enjoy antiquing in the many shops surrounding the Murphy area. World
class rafting with Natahala Rafting Center 1 hour to the east and
the Ocoee Rafting Center (site of the 1996 Olympics) 1 hour to the
west. Easy access to the Cherohala Parkway. Enjoy many hiking
opportunities nearby. Two Lake Hiwassee boat landings are within 2
miles of this chalet.

Month of October, Thanksgiving and Christmas have a 3 night minimum.
Check-in is 3:00PM and Check-out is 10:00AM.
Deposit due within one week of booking and remainder due 14 days
before arrival. Deposit not refunded if booking is cancelled.
Deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of end of stay.
