Del Mar Beach House in Del Mar

Charming beach house right in the village of Del Mar. One block to
the ocean and walking distance to the village. Great restaurants and
shopping close by. The house is light, airy, and very comfortable.
Ocean view from upper deck off the master bedroom. The house comes
with 3 TVs, VCRs, DVDs,and full cable access. Nice stereo system in
living room area. DSL line available. There is wonderful hiking
nearby as well as a number of good bike paths. The ocean is
accessible at the end of the street. I have been told there is
something magical about this house and location. Once people come,
they don't want to leave.

This home is in a spectacular area of the village of Del Mar. It is
very private and secluded. You can hear the surf most of the time!
Beautifully decorated and visually pleasing. It's sunny, open and
airy.Outside shower for surfers, swimmers, and sandy feet. Back
patio has a gas grill and seating for 4-6. Dining al fresco a must.
There is a lovely deck off the Master Bedroom upstairs with an
oceanview, 2 sunloungers, and another table for dining or drinks
while viewing the sunsets. This is truly the quintessential beach
house with all of the comforts of home. Enjoy!

comprehensive list of local attractions. Nearby attractions include
Torrey Pines State Reserve and Beaches, UCSD, Torrey Pines Golf
Course, The Salk Institute, Torrey Pines Glider Port, Stephen Birch
Aquarium, and La Jolla is 15 minutes by car. Legoland is 20 minutes
to the North.
