Brockville Park is a brand new luxury villa situated a genuine 5
minutes from Disneyworld in the new exclusive Emerald Island Resort.
As our guest you will have access to the many extra facilities
available at Emerald Island Resort for the full length of your stay.
The facilities include a club house with a pool, spa, sauna,
steamroom, gym, tiki bar, arcade, cyber cafe and planned sundry
shop. Adjacent to the clubhouse there is a volleyball court and
childrens playground. In the centre of the resort lies an 11 acre
conservation woodland which contains a walking, jogging or biking
trail.
Emerald Island Resort is also within easy walking distance to the
Formossa Gardens shopping centre, where you will find a wide variety
of restaraunts, shops and a supermarket.

furnishings and decor to that end our villa has been furnished and
decorated by an interior designer ensuring we can guarentee, when
you arrive, you will not be dissapointed.

The Villa

Family Room

A large informal sitting area with a stunning high ceiling. The
family room is open plan to the kitchen, nook and dining room. The
ideal area to relax and watch our large screen TV and cinema
surround sound system with cd player and cable TV. An altogether
stunning room.

Kitchen
Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker,
microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with built in ice-maker,
telephone along with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and
glassware.

Nook
Leading of from the kitchen an informal dining area with a table, 6
chairs and 2 bar stools. From the nook area you exit through patio
doors which lead to the covered lanai and pool area.

Dining Room
Located just of the kitchen and family room our formal dining room
contains a beautiful table with seating for 6 people.

Master Bedroom
A huge luxurious King size bed sets the tone for this stunningly
furnished and decorated room. Our master bedroom also boasts a 36
inch TV with cable TV a DVD player and ceiling fan. We have also
added a set of patio doors which lead directly from the bedroom to
the pool area.

Master Bathroom
A stunning spacious bathroom with vanity unit, garden tub, shower
and WC.

Downstairs Bedroom
Tastefully decorated with an animal theme this bedroom has twin beds
a 20 inch TV with cable and a ceiling fan. Directly across from this
bedroom is a bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC.

Laundry Room
Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacume cleaner, iron
and ironing board.

Gamesroom
To keep you entertained we have located a gamesroom in the garage
area. Including a slate- bed pool table, air-hockey, foosball darts
a TV with cable and a playstation 2.
We have also included a table and chairs with board games and
puzzles etc for our younger guests.

Pool & Spa
The 12 x 6 lanai offers some welcome shade before leading you to the
South facing, covered extended pool deck, here you can relax on the
sun loungers or enjoy a nippy drink by the extended 30 x 14 pool.
Refresh yourself after a long day at the park in our heated Jacuzzi
spa. Whatever your choice you won’t be disappointed.

The Emerald Island Clubhouse is the source for premier service.
A helpful staff member will assist with dinner reservations,
attraction tickets, or transportation.
The staffed Clubhouse has plans to provide towel service and music
at the pool, movie rental, and other thoughtful touches to make your
