Redwoods. This tree house entreats you to relax and unwind. Perched 
close to meandering Austin Creek. There is no better place on earth. 

Relax on the patio and large deck or walk to the creek for a swim. 
This three bedroom home with a master bedroom and bath to die for is 
situated on several forested acres. Three miles from Raymonds bakery 
at Cazadero, a renowned spot for Pastries and Pizza. Four miles from 
Duncans Mills for dining and shopping.

Have the kids sleep out in the permanent wood and canvas tent to 
make their vacation memorable. Need some sea air? Drive to Jenner 
only six miles away or Bodega Bay for fishing a half hour drive. And 
then we have The Russian River Valley for wine tasting. Need we say

Vacation Rental Rates

$300 per night with 2 night minimum.
$250 per night with 2 night minimum September through April except 
for Holidays
3 night minimum on holiday weekends.
$1800 per week.July and August and Major Holidays
$1500 per week the rest of the year.
$300 damage deposit required.Will be refunded after inspection of 
property.
$100 Cleaning Fee.non refundable.
