This oceanfront condo has it all! It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in 
1,100 square feet of space. It is kid friendly with an extra 
sleeper sofa, and sleeps 4-6 persons. 
You will have private, direct beach access from the deck. 
Enjoy the sunrise and playful dolphins passing right in front of 
you while having your morning coffee. You will have an unobstructed 
panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean from the living/dining room, 
the kitchen and both bedrooms. 
This vacation condo is only 3 minutes away from the Historic 
Downtown area of Fernandina Beach, a charming seaport village. There 
are plenty of great restaurants and shops, sightseeing and other 
activities.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed and private master 
bathroom. 
The second bedroom has two twin beds. Full size washer and dryer. 
Stay connected with free high speed wireless internet and unlimited national
long distance calls.
Full kitchen with cooking utensils, refrigerator, 
dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, espresso 
maker and highchair.  
Large TV with cable (including HBO) in the living room. Extra TV 
with cable in the master bedroom. VCR/DVD/CD player, stereo system, 
books and games.
New, quiet central air conditioning. 
Linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided.
Large, covered deck with comfortable chairs,  outside shower on the 
main deck. 
Beach chairs (4 adults + 3 kids), beach toys and beach towels 
provided.

Peak Season... March 1st - Labor Day... $195 night... $1200 Week.
Value Season... Sept - Feb....$180 Night...$850 Week..$2000 Month.
Winter discounts available! 
3 Nights minimum stay required.
Florida Tax (9%) and a cleaning fee of $85 will be added.
A refundable security deposit of $200 is required.
We accept personal checks, money orders,cashiers checks and PayPal
Minimum age limit for renters is 25.
