Welcome to Mile Marker 62, a luxury Lake Anna Virginia vacation 
rental home. This $1 Million home is one of the newest 
rentals on the lake. We are located on a gently sloping, 1 acre lake 
front lot that offers superb, wide lake views, deep water, first 
class accommodations, 4000 square feet of luxurious living space and 
200 feet of private shoreline. You can swim, fish, boat, enjoy all 
watersports or just sit, relax and listen to the water lap.  You 
will appreciate the Custom Boat House, with your own slip for a 
rental boat.  There are many full-service marinas with boat and jet-
ski rentals nearby on the lake.  Christopher Run Campground is a 
short 3 miles away and is the closest Public Boat Ramp to Mile 
Marker 62 by water. If bringing your own boat, arrangements can be 
made with owner to drop your boat in private community boat launch. 
The Boat House also features a Tiki Bar, screened porch with ceiling 
fan, sun deck, fresh water hose, refrigerator, phone, night lighting 
and an electric pump for your water toys.  This is truly one of the 
nicest boat houses on the lake. Available for rent year round. 
Anytime is the perfect time to enjoy the comfort and quiet solitude 
of this retreat. Recent improvements 2007 - Horseshoe pits and white 
sand beach area.

The large, full-length, lake-side deck and screened porch on the 
rear of the house is perfect for an evening get-together with your 
favorite beverage or watching a beautiful sunrise over the lake 
while you sip your morning brew.

Mile Marker 62 is located on the Northwest side of the lake in 
Spotsylvania County.  This upscale subsivision, is the nearest Lake 
Anna destination coming from the 66 corridor of NO VA, MD or DC. The 
property is minutes from Fredericksburg, Culpeper, Louisa, Orange, 
Richmond and Charlottesville. 90 minutes from Washington, DC. This 
four bedroom, four full bathroom house easily accommodates sleeping 
arrangements for up to 10 people.

There is a full bar on the lower level, with a pool table, 
poker/card table, DirecTV, VCR, and CD Stero System.  We also have
