Come and relax @ our 23rd Avenue shore property. Beautifully maintained and professionally decorated. Close enough to Morey's Piers to walk to in a few short minutes, but far enough away to avoid the noisy traffic. Every ammenity you can think of has been provided for your enjoyment.

We are now entering our 3rd season with this beautiful beach block condo. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath property boasts 1500 square feet. Living room has a beautiful cherry hardwood floor which is accented with a working fireplace for those cooler evenings off season. We're located east of Surf Avenue which means no streets to cross when you stroll to the beach or jump on the tram car at this northern section of the boardwalk. We have southern exposure, so be ready to enjoy fireworks night every friday in the summer. We're so close to the ocean, you here the waves crashing. Your close enough to Morey's Pier to be there in just a few minutes, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. From the living room balcony, you have an ocean view.

Master Bedroom has queen bed w/double dresser, flat screen t.v,
w/dvd player. Also has master bathroom with full bath.

Guest Bedroom has queen bed w/double dresser, flat screen t.v.

Child Bedroom has bunk beds with full under twin bed and add'l twin
bed w/double dresser.

Dining Room has dining table with seating for 6.
Island counter with granite top has seating for 2.

The kitchen, along with all it's upgraded stainless steel
appliances, is well stocked with all the conveniences of home.

Living Room has sofa and 2 chairs.
Watch t.v or play a dvd movie on 37" flat panel television.

Large bathroom w/bathtub.

Full Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Central air, cable television, ceiling fans througout for your
enjoyment.

Sheets and towels are available, but you're encouraged to bring your
own. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Many games and books can be
found throughout.

North Wildwood has quickly become the place to stay in Cape May
County. There are plenty advantages to staying in the northern end
of the island. Some of the nicest places to dine are located in
North Wildwood along with dance clubs and Irish Pubs. Jet ski,
parasail, boating, fishing, and crabbing is right there. Bikes
available next door to our complex. Games, rides, and water parks
on the 2 + mile long boardwalk. Outdoor movies, and other North
Wildwood sponsored activities every day of the week. Fireworks every
Friday night in the summer @ 10 P.M can be seen right outside your
front door. But, the best reason to stay in North Wildwood is the
short walk to the ocean from our beach block home with no streets to
cross. North Wildwood is well known for the shortest walk to the
ocean once you hit sand. And if you feel like taking a 30 minute
drive, you can be in one of several Atlantic City Casinos.
