Luxury 4 Bed Pool Home upgraded for 2013 in Spring Hill

Our beautiful luxurious 4 bedroom vacation home was constructed in
2004, and has all the advantages of a new house. It has been extensively upgraded and refurbished for the 2011 season.

We provide a fully equiped home, including all linen, towels, crockery, etc. - All you need to bring is sun cream!

In one of our two spacious living areas, we provide digital cable HDTV,DVD and
video player while the other has a CD/FM stereo system. Additional TV's are provided in the Master Bedroom, Queen Bedroom and one of the two twin bedrooms.   10Mb high speed wireless internet is included at no extra cost.

Spacious seating provides comfort after a long day at the beach, a
shopping trip or a visit to Orlando. The larger lounge provides
access to the pool area.

The bedrooms are split plan, with the luxurious master bedroom being
alone on the east side of the house. This offers privacy from your
other guests. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and is en-
suite, fully equipped with new, quality appliances.

The secluded south facing pool area is perfect for sunbathing in
private, splashing around and of course the traditional Florida
outdoor eating.

A gas barbecue is supplied for your use. Plastic cutlery and
crockery is also supplied for the pool area, along with ice boxes
and drinks coolers

Spring Hill is located approximately 35 miles northwest of Tampa in
Hernando County. Just four miles from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico,
Spring Hill is in the heart of Florida's �Nature Coast'.

This is a region of unspoiled coastline, rolling farmlands, natural
springs and crystal clear rivers and streams. Hernando County is
considered the northern gateway to Tampa Bay, and the Chassahowitzka
National Wildlife Refuge makes up part of the northwest boundary,
and the Withlacoochee State Forest and Withlacoochee River frames
the east. Homasassa Springs Federal Nature Reserve is 20 minutes to
the north and is an excellent day out.

The lakes and rivers in the region have some of the finest bass
fishing in the state, and Hernando Beach is known for its tarpon
fishing. The world famous Clearwater beach is less than an hour
south. Other outdoor recreation in the area includes hiking,
birding, canoeing, golf and biking on paved or wilderness trails.

Spring Hill is home to Buccaneer Bay, Florida�s only waterpark that
is in a completely natural setting. It features waterslides, a tube
ride, bumper boats, children�s play area and a beach. Another
interesting attraction in Spring Hill is the Weeki Wachee
Spring �City of Mermaids� show. It has daily underwater mermaid
shows, exotic bird shows, wilderness river cruises and a petting
zoo.

Disney and the Orlando attractions are only an hour away with the
Kennedy Space Centre further to the east. With Busch Gardens 45
minutes south, our location allows easy access to the heart of
Florida's attractions, yet preserving the peaceful and relaxing
environment of the coast

for rentals of 4 weeks or longer)

UK Sterling - £695 per week all year round

Rates include all taxes, cleaning fees, etc.

Pool heat is charged in addition if required $70 per week (Free on rentals of 28 nights or longer)
