Outstanding Panoramic Ocean View. Not far from the beach, high above the Mesa. Spacious two bedroom, two bath home with large (18x40) living room with round central fireplace. The indoor aviary is home for Coo & Doo, and friends, a group of lovely turtle doves. Hardwood floors in dining area with oak table that will seat 12. Kitchen with Wolf range, granite counter tops, built-in electric range and 27 cu.ft. refrigerator.  The liviing room is all glass facing
the ocean from the top of the Mesa Hill, with comfortable seating areas and a round central fireplace for those cool evenings. Master bedroom (18x25)has a king size bed, wood-burning Franklin stove, and a wall of glass overlooking the sea. Second bedroom (18x20) has a separate entrance and a King bed. Set on one acre of terraced hillside with large deck, hot tub, and many fruit trees and flowers.  This is a hilltop home with two levels. The top level (street level)
is the one with the 180 degree view of the ocean, and is where you
will be staying.

There is a separate, private bungalow one level down which we call the third bedroom, and which can be added for an additional cost. It is a full bedroom with a queen sized Murphy bed and a bathroom and shower. This room is even closer to the deck with fabulous views. It has one wall of glass, and it's own private entrance. So, if you have six people in your party, you can have the third room also for an additional $100 per night.

There is a permanent resident who lives in a small
unit below the house. He has his own entrance and should not bother you.

THIS IS A 6,000 SQ.FT. HOME THAT HAS BEEN SPLIT INTO TWO RESIDENCES, ONE UPPER AND ONE LOWER.  THEY BOTH HAVE FABULOUS OCEAN VIEWS. IF THIS ONE IS ALREADY RENTED, EMAIL US ANYWAY, AND WE WILL TELL YOU ABOUT THE SECOND ONE.  THANKS.

our turtle doves expressing their joy of the morning. On clear days
you can see all the way to the Channel Islands! If you prefer a
sunny location, use the morning garden, with outdoor fireplace, just
outside the stunning front entrance. Santa Barbara offers so
much...farmers markets, just about every day in different locations,
great shopping, fabulous restaurants, ocean swimming just minutes
away, wine tasting in the the Santa Ynez Valley, kayaking, sailing,
beach walking great zoo, theater, County Bowl (Big Name
Entertainment), symphony, Music Academy of the West, and much more!
We have activities to delight one and all!

The rates below are for 2 bedrooms.
$275 per day or $1,800 per week (3 day minimum).
$6000 per month
$500.00 refundable deposit less, cleaning fee
$100.00 non refundable cleaning fee
Some holidays require a three or four night minimum and have higher rates. UCSB Graduation is a 4 night minimum and is at a higher rate.
