Vacation Rental Description

Luxury villa located in Indian Point, a separate neighborhood in 
Kissimmee, Florida(just South of Orlando). With 3 bedrooms and 2 
bath it will accommodate 6 adults.
Comfortable and completely furnished, the house offers our visitors 
170m2(1365 SQ.FT.).Our villa is located minutes from all Attractions 
and around the corner from a Wal-Mart SuperCenter and a SuperTarget. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen with over the counter 
microwaveoven,toaster,oven,coffee maker, 
refrigerater,freezer,icemaker,dishwasher,range,stove,8 people 
complete dinnerware,even fine wine and coctail glasses, and plastic 
glasses for use around the poool area.Breakfast eating table in the 
kitchen. Dining area for 8 people. Tv sets with sattelite in living 
room and master bedroom and TV with VCR in the 3rd bedroom. DVD 
player and radio-cd player,lots of video casettes with classic movie 
for kids and adults.In the twin bedroom we have alots of toys and 
books for children.Desktop PC with free high speed Internet access and wireless conection for 
laptop.laptop. Gas BBQ Grill and electric outdoor indoor grill.

Activities and Attractions

Community tennis court, pool and playground for extra activities,3 
bikes(one adult and two children)for biking around our neighborhood.
Golf Course in the vicinities and shopping centers close on 192.

Vacation Rental Rates

January-April rates will be $650/week plus $70 final cleaning, pool 
heating extra if needed.
May-September rates will be $750/week plus $ 70 final 
cleaning.May 23rd 2008 - June 26th 2008 rates will be $595/week, pool heating extra if needed.
September 15th 2008 - November 15th 2008 rates will be $ 600/week ( taxes and final cleaning 
included ), up to 4 people.                                                   
December 1st 2008 - December 19th 2008 rates will be $ 650/week( taxes and final cleaning included )
2 weeks booking, up to 4 people
