This new luxury vacation home is now available. This home has three
levels of the very finest living, for a total of 5 bedrooms and
5 full bathrooms. The whole home can sleep 15 to 18 people. It�s a
short walk (about 2 minutes) to a low bank access and one of the
best walking beach in Lincoln City. Perfect for your next retreat at
the beautiful Oregon Coast.
Watch the whales, visit the casino, play golf or just relax.

The home is actually divided into 3 separate living units. ........
so we will begin with the main house .. the top two floors.
When you enter the home , just follow the hallway and go up the
steps to this magnificent great room, This is the living, dining and
kitchen area. The spacious living room features a TV, VCR, DVD,
stereo with CD and tape cassette players, a gas fireplace and
comfortable chairs and sofa's. The large dining table can seat 6-8
people..
A well equipped kitchen has everything that will make you stay a
wonderful one.
The master bedrooms is located behind the kitchen. It has it�s own
private bath, along with a queen bed. 2 twin bunk beds and a cradle
and a TV and VCR.
The other bedroom feature a queen bed and a day bed that can become
2 twins. This bedroom also has a TV and VCR. It�s bathroom is just
next door with a walk in shower.
All sheets and towels are furnished .......
Also you have the use of a washer /dryer available in the garage.
At the top of the stairs is a small space that has a day bed, and a
bookcase, filled with books, a comfortable afternoon retreat. This
day bed can also made 2 twins beds.
And now to the ultimate in master suites below ...........
We call this the Admiral's Quarters, a wonderful place to relax and
unwind. This suite features a king bed, gas fireplace, wet bar,
refrigerator, Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, a sitting area with
ocean views, and its own television with DVD and VCR.
Lower Apartment #1 ...... is a large room complete with a full
kitchen including a microwave and refrigerator. This apartment has
a queen bed, twin sofa sleeper and a daybed with trundle, gas
fireplace, TV and VCR and DVD. There is a dining area and a full
bathroom.
Lower Unit #2 ..........is a bedroom with a queen and twin bed and
TV, VCR and DVD. Plus a bonus room with 2 twin beds, sofa, wet
bar, refrigerator, microwave, and TV with VCR. And this apartment
has a full bath.
Parking is for 4 cars
Outdoor Barbecue available for your use.
This is a smoke-free house. No Pets

Only a mile south from the Factory Stores and five miles south of
Chinook Winds Casino; the casino shuttle bus stops within a � block
of the house every hour.
15 miles south to Depoe Bay, shopping, charter fishing and whale
watching.
Many antique store await your arrival.
Located near one of the best beach in Lincoln City you can walk for
miles. May even find a glass float from October through May.

Summer / Holiday Rate: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
$ 330.00 per night with 7th night free
Winter Rate: Starts October 1st to Memorial weekend.
Whole House $ 275.00 per night with 7th night free
Cleaning fee for home is $ 150.00 one time fee, non-refundable
Rate Notes: 10 1/2% room tax not included. $100.00 damage deposit that
is return when the home is left damage free.
