appliances, a private patio, undercover parking right outside your door.

Florida's Beach is where you want to be! Close to everything, yet 
miles away. A beautiful peninsula located on Florida's West coast, 
the area is bordered by the Gulf of Mexico to the west and by Tampa 
Bay to the east. 

Home to Caladesi Beach, America’s #2 beach in 2006 and 2007. Also 
home to Fort De Soto Park, America’s #1 beach in 2005, we offer 35 
miles of white-sand beaches on some eight major barrier islands. 
We're within minutes of many popular Florida attractions: just 30 
minutes to Busch Gardens in Tampa and 90 minutes to Walt Disney World 
Resort, Sea World and Universal Studios Escape in Orlando.

The Guinness Book of World Records recognizes St. Petersburg as 
having the longest string of consecutive sunny days. The sun warmed 
the city for 768 consecutive days, from February 9, 1967, to March 
17, 1969. Occupying much of the southeastern half of the Pinellas 
Peninsula, St. Petersburg is the largest city in the area with a

Payment Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to 
confirm reservation and the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. A 
damage deposit of $500.00 is required upon arrival, but is fully 
refundable when the Lease term expires. There is an $100.00 clean out 
fee. Payment is preferred by check or paypal. Tax is not included. No 
other fees apply.

This unit is privately owned, not rented through a realtor service.  
We live 10 minutes from the unit and have been in the area for more 
than 12 years. We are always available should you ever have any 
questions or concerns. The unit is kept in excellent condition.
