Sunset Marina is a beautiful new private and gated complex with 
spectacular views to the Sunset and a beautiful Marina. A boat dock 
is also avaialbe at an additional rate. New and extra clean Two 
bedrooms/ 2 baths and sleeper sofa. All new furniture, king size bed 
in master, queen bed in second room, and a Queen size sleeper sofa 
in the living room. Every room has its own TV/VCR or DVD and 
satellite. All new linnes, dishes, silverware. Washer/Dryer inside 
condo 1 reserve covered parking space plus guest parking.
